We are seeking a part‑time or full‑time, mid‑level experienced Maintenance Technician in Alexandria, MN. The ideal candidate will have building maintenance experience and a strong desire to keep the grounds and buildings in good repair.

• Miscellaneous maintenance tasks
• Grounds upkeep and snow removal
• Interior painting
• Plumbing
• Janitorial duties to keep the community looking impeccable
• Maintaining common areas
• Responding to work orders in a timely manner
• Communicating professionally with residents regarding maintenance requests
• Working as a team to maintain our communities to the highest standard
• Perform other duties as required to create a great living environment for our residents

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• A valid driver’s license
• Time‑management skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting

• Experience in multi‑family housing
• Dry‑wall work, including painting and carpentry
• Working knowledge of plumbing
• Working knowledge of electrical, including outlets, switches, and light fixtures
• Boiler knowledge is strongly preferred
