About the OpportunityDoherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Baler Operator workers for a recycling and materials recovery company in Alexandria, MN. In this role, you'll support the maintenance team, help keep equipment and systems clean and efficient, and assist with baling recyclable commodities. If you enjoy hand-on work, operating equipment, and working as part of a team, this job could be a great fit.

- Operate baling equipment to process recyclable commodities
- Assist maintenance personnel with equipment and facility upkeep
- Clean and maintain the MRF (Materials Recovery Facility) system
- Monitor equipment and report maintenance concerns as needed
- Follow safety procedures while working in a warehouse/industrial environment
- Support daily operations and maintain a clean work area
- Previous maintenance, equipment operation, or warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to work safely around industrial equipment
- Ability to perform physical tasks and stand throughout the shift
- Ability to lift, bend, and work in an active warehouse environment
- Strong attention to safety and workplace cleanliness
- Reliable transportation to Alexandria, MN
- Ability to pass pre-employment screening requirements, if applicable
- Enjoy weekly pay
