Schedule:
5 AM – 5 PM | Friday – Sunday
Pay Rate: $20.50 – $25.00/hr. (plus 20 % shift differential, $24.60 – $30.00/hr.)
Key Responsibilities- Read and interpret blueprints, machine drawings, and sketches to determine fabrication requirements.
- Fabricate sheet metal parts using efficient methods, ensuring accuracy, quality, and appearance meet company standards.
- Set up and operate fabrication equipment such as press brakes, punches, and shears.
- Select appropriate fabrication processes and use various tools and machines safely and effectively.
- Maintain work area per 5S standards, report equipment maintenance needs, and follow all safety policies and procedures.
- High school diploma or GED required; technical degree or 2+ years of sheet metal fabrication experience preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools.
- Detail‑oriented, accurate, and eager to learn new fabrication methods.
