Operate CNC machines (lathes, mills, Mazak, and related equipment);
Read and interpret blueprints, job orders, and technical drawings with precision and attention to detail;
Maintain tight tolerances and uphold quality standards in every part produced;
Conduct first-piece and in-process inspections to verify specifications;
Monitor production runs, troubleshoot issues, and ensure on-time delivery
