To Crush This Job

• GED or diploma required
• 1+ years of experience operating saws
• Proficiency with a tape measure
• Steel-toes
• Eye for detail, doesn't cut corners
• Fit enough for lifting, standing, and grinding it out
• Dependable teammate with a solid work ethic

Your Role on the Floor

• Set up and operate cold saws and band saws to cut materials.
• Use hand tools such as wrenches and screwdrivers as needed.
• Inspect raw materials for defects and check cut pieces for accuracy against specifications, blueprints, or work orders using measuring tools like calipers and micrometers.
• Perform daily equipment inspections, routine maintenance (adding oils/coolants), and cleaning to ensure proper and safe operation and to extend the life of the machinery.
• Adhere to safety protocols, maintain a clean and organized work area, and report any operational issues or malfunctions to supervisors.
• Load and unload materials, using forklifts or overhead cranes, and sort and route finished products.
