Mechanical Assembler – Brenton Division

Location: Alexandria, MN – First Shift.

• Perform mechanical, pneumatic, and some electrical assembly operations.
• Read and understand assembly drawings, adhere to customer specifications, and assist in testing and final adjustments of the machine.
• Fit and align all components on a machine, following and adhering to Brenton/Orion quality and assembly standards.
• Maintain forklift certification.
• Lube lines, cams, adjust gearboxes and drive lines, motors, chain, and sprockets.
• Assist customer personnel in installation, start‑up, and training of Orion machines and systems.

• Preferred: 2‑year technical college degree with 2‑4 years of mechanical assembly experience.
• Excellent mechanical/electrical capability or capacity to learn quickly.
• Solid mechanical problem‑solving skills.
• Potential to be a motivator/leader.
• Professional communication, attitude, and image.
• Strong verbal and written presentation skills, good organization, planning, and interpersonal skills.

Base hourly range: $20.00–$29.00.
