NAC Production Technician

Job Summary

We are a high‑growth business delivering critical genomics solutions. We seek a Production Technician to produce lab consumables for our Oligo manufacturing line in Alexandria, Minnesota.

• Build and construct various column types to meet internal and external customer requirements.
• Fabricate Poly Frits for internal and external production.
• Conduct quality spot checks and work with QC team to resolve issues.
• Follow all safety guidelines, PPE policy, and maintain a clean work area.
• Execute daily and weekly maintenance and cleaning tasks following work instructions and checklists.
• Provide suggestions for process and equipment improvement.
• Assist with product pre‑shipment processes: pick and pack customer orders.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support business initiatives.

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of manufacturing experience.

• 2‑year technical degree.
• 3 years working in consumables manufacturing.

Minimum pay rate: $20.00 USD per hour. Maximum pay rate: $28.00 USD per hour. The typical hiring range is from the minimum to the midpoint, depending on the candidate’s background.
