Job Summary
We are a high‑growth business delivering critical genomics solutions. We seek a Production Technician to produce lab consumables for our Oligo manufacturing line in Alexandria, Minnesota.
Responsibilities- Build and construct various column types to meet internal and external customer requirements.
- Fabricate Poly Frits for internal and external production.
- Conduct quality spot checks and work with QC team to resolve issues.
- Follow all safety guidelines, PPE policy, and maintain a clean work area.
- Execute daily and weekly maintenance and cleaning tasks following work instructions and checklists.
- Provide suggestions for process and equipment improvement.
- Assist with product pre‑shipment processes: pick and pack customer orders.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support business initiatives.
- High school diploma or equivalent experience.
- 1–3 years of manufacturing experience.
- 2‑year technical degree.
- 3 years working in consumables manufacturing.

Minimum pay rate: $20.00 USD per hour. Maximum pay rate: $28.00 USD per hour. The typical hiring range is from the minimum to the midpoint, depending on the candidate’s background.
