Schedule:

Monday – Thursday, 6:00AM – 4:30PM.

Now offering a $3,000 sign‑on bonus.

$33.00 – $37.00 per hour, depending on experience, qualifications, and demonstrated machining skills.

• Set up and operate Swiss‑style CNC machines, including tooling, offsets, and program loading.
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T.
• Perform machine setups, program adjustments, and optimize cycle times while maintaining tight tolerances.
• Inspect parts using precision measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers.
• Troubleshoot machining issues and adjust tooling and machine parameters as needed.
• Perform deburring and routine machine maintenance, and maintain a clean work area.
• Document production and inspection data while collaborating with Engineering, Quality, and Production teams.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.
• 2+ years of Swiss CNC machining experience.
• Experience setting up and operating Swiss‑style CNC machines (Star, Citizen, or similar).
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Working knowledge of G‑Code and M‑Code.
• Experience using precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50pounds occasionally.
• Ability to work safely around moving machinery and production equipment.
