CNC Machine Operator

Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a  
** CNC Machine Operator
** to join their team. As a CNC Machine Operator, you will be part of the production team supporting operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

** Pay Range:**  $21+/hour

** Shift:*
* + 2nd: M-F, 2:30 PM - 10:30 PM

+ 3rd: M-F, 10:30 PM - 6:30 AM

+ 4th: F-Su, 6:30 AM - 6:30 PM

** What's the Job?*
* + Load and unload parts into CNC machines while ensuring finished parts meet specifications.

+ Perform quality inspections using precision measurement devices to maintain high-quality standards.

+ Operate CNC machines safely and responsibly, following all company policies.

+ Assist with setup preparations and machine maintenance as needed.

+ Communicate effectively with team members to ensure efficient completion of customer orders.

** What's Needed?*
* + 2+ years of CNC Machining experience

+ Basic computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

+ High school diploma or GED required.

+ Ability to recognize safety concerns and promote a safe work environment.

+ Strong written and verbal communication skills.

+ Basic math skills and the ability to multitask.

+ A highly motivated self-starter with strong decision-making skills.
