• Set up and operate extrusion press equipment, saws, and related machinery to produce aluminum parts to customer specifications
• Ensure safe operation of equipment while promoting and maintaining a strong safety culture
• Monitor production processes to meet quality standards, output goals, and customer requirements
• Verify manufacturing orders and follow specifications to ensure accurate production
• Perform and document accurate production and inventory transactions in business systems
• Maintain a clean, organized work area using 5S principles
• Support cross-training and assist in multiple departmental functions as needed
• Meet production schedules and delivery timelines to ensure customer satisfaction

• Ability to safely operate manufacturing equipment, including extrusion press machinery and material handling systems
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow manufacturing orders and quality standards
• Basic computer skills for production tracking and business system transactions
• Ability to understand and follow safety procedures and company policies
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and manage multiple tasks
• Willingness to be cross-trained and perform various operational tasks
• Ability to maintain organization and cleanliness following 5S standards
• Strong teamwork and communication skills to support production and quality goals
