Location: Alexandria, MN

Pay Rate: $28.00 per hour

Schedule: Rotating (8:00 PM - 8:00 AM)

Monday - Friday for the first 2 weeks

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2+ years of manufacturing or food production experience preferred
  • Basic math and computer skills for data entry and reporting
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Reliable attendance and strong communication skills
  • Manufacturing setting with varying temperatures and potential allergens
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Frequent walking, bending, and lifting

Job Duties
  • Operate production equipment and follow direction from team leads
  • Monitor production processes to meet quality standards and production schedules
  • Troubleshoot equipment and resolve production issues quickly
  • Maintain accurate production records, documentation, and reports
  • Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, and food safety regulations
  • Support smooth shift transitions and maintain workflow continuity
  • Assist team members as needed to keep production running efficiently
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and inspection-ready
  • Follow all plant safety policies and procedures
  • Report hazards, incidents, and quality concerns promptly
  • Ensure all products meet company and regulatory quality requirements
