Pay Rate: $17.50 per hour

• Ability to work safely in a metal finishing and manufacturing environment
• Ability to lift and handle metal parts weighing up to 45 lbs regularly and up to 70 lbs occasionally (team lift required for heavier items)
• Ability to stand for an entire shift and perform frequent bending, squatting, reaching, and gripping
• Ability to work in hot and humid conditions, with temperatures reaching 100F+
• Must be clean‑shaven where required for proper respirator fit
• Must pass a Pulmonary Function Test
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow work instructions and safety procedures
• Ability to learn racking, plating, inspection, and packaging processes

• Support plating and powder coating operations by assisting line operators
• Learn and apply proper racking techniques to maximize product quality and production efficiency
• Build and modify racks to accommodate new products and optimize throughput
• Hang and remove metal parts for plating and finishing processes
• Perform post‑plating rinsing and drying procedures
• Follow inspection and packaging requirements for finished products
• Maintain proper job segregation and material organization
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards
• Use tools and equipment including racks, hooks, carts, forklifts, air tools, soldering equipment, and related production tools
• Follow all safety policies and wear required PPE at all times
