Full‑Time (3rd Shift):
Sunday - Thursday, 10:45PM to 7:15AM
Sign‑On Bonus: $2,000 (less applicable taxes, payable after 90 days of employment)

Reporting to the Plant Manager, this Maintenance Technician will play a key role in manufacturing operations by providing responsive and effective improvements and repairs to manufacturing equipment.
Responsibilities- Troubleshoot, repair and maintain all molding, stamping, assembly, packaging and auxiliary machines.
- Perform preventative and autonomous maintenance on equipment.
- Make improvements and updates to existing equipment.
- Initiate and implement cost reduction and continuous improvement projects.
- Use Mapcon to document all work performed on equipment.
- Participate in design review activities for new and existing equipment.
- Maintain spare parts inventory.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- 3–5 years manufacturing maintenance experience.
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair production machinery, including electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, PLC programs and mechanical blueprints.
- Ability to operate various shop equipment and hand tools for repairs.
- Knowledge of world‑class manufacturing practices.
- General knowledge of injection molding machine operation and processes.
- General knowledge of machine controls.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Working knowledge of computers, Microsoft Office, Mapcon and PLCs.
Compensation Range: $20.40–$37.80 per hour.
Eligible for sign‑on bonus, annual incentives and other compensation.
