Position: Machine Shop Support
Our client, a manufacturing organization specializing in precision components, is seeking a  
** Machine Shop Support
** to join their team. As a Machine Shop Support, you will be part of the Manufacturing Department supporting the Machine Shop team. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and strong communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.

** Pay Range:**  $20+/hour

** Shift:
** 3rd

Shift: M- F, 10:30 PM - 6:30 AM

** What's the Job?*
* + Support the Machine Shop department through washing, deburring, tumbling, packing, punching, and assembly tasks

+ Operate CNC machines as needed to support production goals

+ Read and interpret manufacturing orders and blueprints to ensure components meet specifications

+ Perform quality inspections using precision measurement devices to verify parts meet customer standards

+ Maintain a safe work environment by following all safety protocols and promoting safety culture

** What's Needed?*
* + High school diploma or equivalent

+ At least 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred

+ Strong computer skills including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Power Point

+ Ability to recognize safety concerns and act accordingly

+ Excellent communication skills and a motivated, self-starting attitude
