Process Operator

Staffmark -  - Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate daily production operations, ensuring seamless shift transitions, adherence to production schedules, and achievement of quality, efficiency, and waste-reduction goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment;
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production, equipment, and personnel issues, serving as the primary technical resource for the production line and driving continuous operational improvement;
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, GMP, HACCP, and regulatory standards, proactively identifying hazards, reporting incidents, and maintaining a safe, compliant, and high-performing workplace;
Maintain accurate production records, quality documentation, and compliance reports, documenting operational deviations, corrective actions, and performance metrics to support audit readiness and process accountability;
Foster effective communication, teamwork, and employee development, collaborating with supervisors, cross-functional teams, and management to support workforce training, engagement, and operational excellence
