Plater - Day Shift; Temp

Looking for an entry level opportunity at a fast paced, growing company? Join the Douglas Finishing team as a shop laborer. Assist and learn along the side of experienced Platers and Painters in obtaining high quality finishes and methods for our company and customers.

A day to day glimpse of responsibilities include:

• Learning racking techniques that optimize part quality and quantity
• Building racks to optimize quantity of new product
• Understanding and using proper post-plating procedures for rinsing and drying parts
• Following inspection and packaging procedures

The person in this position must be able to learn the daily essential responsibilities and goals to perform successful results.

This is a temporary position through our staffing partner, Staffmark.
