Sun Opta is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 3rd Avenue Plant in Alexandria, MN. You will manage a night shift (8 pm–8 am, 2-2-3 pattern) ensuring safety, quality, and on-time production against targets.
You will coach a diverse team, review daily performance, coordinate with Quality Assurance and Maintenance, and drive continuous improvement in a GMP environment.
Minimum qualifications include an associate degree and 5–7 years supervisory experience in a food manufacturing facility.
