• Operate nail-inserting machinery efficiently and accurately
• Ensure quality control and adherence to production standards
• Maintain equipment and perform routine inspections to prevent downtime
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
• Document production data accurately and in a timely manner

• No prior experience required; open to candidates early in their manufacturing career
• Above average computer skills to operate machinery and input data
• Some mechanical ability to troubleshoot minor issues
• Excellent communication skills to work effectively with team members
• A strong work ethic and commitment to safety and quality
