Pay Range: $20+/hour
Shift: 1st Shift: M-F, 6:30 AM - 2:30 PM; 4th Shift: F-Su, 6:30 AM - 6:30 PM
What's the Job?- Support the Machine Shop department through washing, deburring, tumbling, packing, punching, and assembly tasks
- Operate CNC machines as needed to support production goals
- Read and interpret manufacturing orders and blueprints to ensure components meet specifications
- Perform quality inspections using precision measurement devices to verify parts meet customer standards
- Maintain a safe work environment by following all safety protocols and promoting safety culture
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred
- Strong computer skills including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Power Point
- Ability to recognize safety concerns and act accordingly
- Excellent communication skills and a motivated, self-starting attitude

- Hands-on experience with CNC and machine shop equipment
