Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Assembly Technicians for a hydraulic solutions company in Alexandria, MN. In this role, you’ll build and assemble quality products using hand and power tools while working with a collaborative team. • Assemble components using hand tools, power tools, and equipment according to work instructions
• Build entry-level products to meet quality, efficiency, and customer standards
• Communicate with team members regarding order priorities, quality issues, and inventory
• Participate in process improvements and maintain safety practices
• Maintain accurate records and transactions in the ERP system
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and efficient

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1 year of relevant work experience preferred (entry-level candidates welcome)
• Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand and power tools
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work with a sense of urgency
• Reliable and able to work effectively as part of a team
