Machine Operator - All Shifts

As a member of our Machining team, your role will involve:

• Precision Assembly: Putting together subparts to create quality finished components.
• Fast-Paced Work: Thriving in an environment that moves quickly while maintaining top-notch quality.

• Physical Readiness: Being able to lift and maneuver materials up to 60 pounds safely and effectively.

• 1st Shift
  - Monday to Thursday 6:00am - 4:30pm
• 2nd Shift - Monday
  - Wednesday 4:30pm - 5:00am
  - Employees work three 12-hour Shifts (36 hours) and are compensated for a full 40-hour workweek
  - 15% shift differential for 2nd shift.
• Weekend Shift - Friday
  - Sunday 6:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.

  - 20% Shift differential for weekend shift.

• Competitive Pay: Starting at $24.00 - $35.00 per hour DOE
• $2,500 Sign-On Bonus for 1st Shift Welders and Machine Operators
• $3,000 Sign-On Bonus for 2nd and Weekend Shift Welders and Machine Operators
