Fabrication Support

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Fabrication Support to join their team. As a Fabrication Support, you will be part of the Production Department supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong safety awareness, proactive problem-solving skills, and excellent teamwork, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Fabrication Support

Location: Alexandria, MN

Pay Range: $20+/hour

Shift: First Shift Monday-Thursday, 6:30 AM - 4:30 PM, Fourth Shift Friday-Sunday, 6:30 AM - 6:30 PM

What's the Job?

• Exhibit active leadership to model and support the company's vision, culture, and strategies
• Ensure safety is prioritized by following all safety programs and guidelines
• Set up and operate equipment efficiently to maximize output and meet quality standards
• Rotate job tasks regularly to prevent fatigue and injury, especially during strenuous or repetitive activities
• Accurately fulfill customer orders by reviewing manufacturing orders and verifying specifications

What's Needed?

• Basic computer skills and ability to recognize safety concerns
• Ability to use inspection equipment effectively
• Strong motivation and self-starting attitude
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Basic math skills and ability to read blueprints and inspect parts according to specifications
