Alexandria, MN Pay Rate: $19.50 per hour Shift: Friday – Sunday – 6:30 AM – 6:30 PM Built to Last. Just Like You. Education Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial.

  • Ability to use inspection equipment and identify product defects

Job Duties
  • Set up and operate production equipment safely and efficiently
  • Package products according to customer requirements
  • Review manufacturing orders to verify specifications
  • Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
  • Perform basic machine maintenance and equipment checks
  • Identify and suggest process improvements for safety, quality, and productivity
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area using 5S practices
  • Support customer satisfaction by meeting production schedules and quality expectations
  • Rotate between job functions as required to reduce fatigue and prevent injury
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, warehouse, or industrial experience is preferred.
  • Experience operating production equipment, performing quality inspections, or meeting production goals is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement practices, or workplace safety procedures is considered an asset.
  • Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic are well positioned for success as a Fabrication Support.
Physical Capabilities
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
  • Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery.
  • Ability to maintain productivity while working in fast-paced manufacturing environments.

What You Will Do As a Fabrication Support you will support daily manufacturing operations by assembling products, operating production equipment, inspecting finished goods, packaging materials, maintaining production standards, and following established work instructions. You will help keep production areas clean and organized, monitor product quality, meet production goals, and contribute to safe, efficient manufacturing operations.

The Fabrication Support plays an important role in manufacturing by supporting production processes that transform raw materials into finished products. This position requires attention to detail, dependability, and the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced production environments.
