Location:
Alexandria, MN Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
Shift: Monday
- Thursday – 6 AM – 4:30 PM

Education Requirements- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial.
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to read blueprints and follow customer specifications
- Basic math skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to use inspection equipment and identify product defects
- Self-motivated with a strong focus on safety and quality
- Set up and operate production equipment safely and efficiently
- Package products according to customer requirements
- Review manufacturing orders to verify specifications
- Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
- Perform basic machine maintenance and equipment checks
- Identify and suggest process improvements for safety, quality, and productivity
- Maintain a clean and organized work area using 5S practices
- Support customer satisfaction by meeting production schedules and quality expectations
- Rotate between job functions as required to reduce fatigue and prevent injury
- Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, warehouse, or industrial experience is preferred.
- Experience operating production equipment, performing quality inspections, or meeting production goals is beneficial.
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement practices, or workplace safety procedures is considered an asset.
- Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic are well positioned for success as a Fabrication Support.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery.
- Ability to maintain productivity while working in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
