Pay Rate: $18.50 – $21.00 per hour
Shift: Monday – Thursday | 6 AM – 4:30 PM

Education Requirements- High school diploma or GED
- Technical training or manufacturing education is beneficial.
- Experience operating manufacturing, fabrication, or production equipment preferred
- Ability to read measuring devices and follow specifications
- Forklift experience or willingness to learn
- Valid driver’s license required
- Basic math skills, including measurements and metric conversions
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn company software
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Safety-focused mindset
- Operate and maintain saw equipment to support production schedules
- Cut materials according to specifications and quality standards
- Move materials using forklifts and other material handling equipment
- Record material usage and part movement in the ERP system
- Monitor equipment performance and make adjustments as needed
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on equipment
- Identify and report quality concerns or production issues
- Support continuous improvement and workplace safety initiatives
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Stand and walk for up to 100% of the shift
- Lift up to 50 pounds
- Frequently stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and climb
- Work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

As a Saw Operator you will operate, monitor, adjust, and maintain manufacturing equipment to produce quality products according to production schedules and established procedures. You will inspect finished products, replenish materials, identify equipment issues, perform routine machine checks, maintain production records, and support safe, efficient manufacturing operations.
