Pay Rate: $26.00 per hour
Schedule: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM Rotating Day Shift
Work 3-4 days per week, every other weekend

Looking for Filler Machine Operator jobs in Alexandria where dependable work keeps production moving? This opportunity lets you operate manufacturing equipment, monitor product quality, and help produce consistent results in a safe, fast-paced production environment.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Technical training or manufacturing education is beneficial.

• Minimum 12 months of machine or equipment operation experience
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Experience in manufacturing, food production, or packaging environments preferred

• Set up, clean (CIP), test, monitor, and operate filling equipment
• Perform quality checks, including weight, sterility, package integrity, and machine inspections
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic equipment issues
• Complete FDA-required paperwork accurately and legibly
• Maintain a clean, organized, and audit-ready work area
• Monitor production efficiency, yields, and scrap reduction efforts
• Communicate effectively with maintenance, management, and team members
• Assist with routine machine maintenance and production support as needed
• Fill in for team members during breaks and absences

• Lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Stand for up to 12 hours per shift
• Work around major food allergens
• Ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift

You'll operate and maintain filling equipment, perform quality inspections, ensure food safety standards are met, and help maximize production efficiency in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
