This opportunity is based on a Machine Operator career path and is being offered by Staffmark to qualified candidates.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Technical training or manufacturing education is beneficial.

• Manufacturing experience is helpful but not required
• Ability to follow written work instructions and procedures
• Strong attention to detail and quality

• Operate molding presses to produce quality molded parts
• Read and follow work orders and operator instructions
• Perform visual inspections and quality checks on parts
• Clip and trim molded parts as needed
• Pack completed parts into boxes for shipment or storage
• Monitor material levels and refill as directed
• Communicate press and production information during shift changes
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety policies and procedures
• Assist with other duties as assigned

• Previous machine operation, manufacturing, production, or industrial experience is preferred.
• Experience performing machine setup, tooling changes, troubleshooting, or preventative maintenance is beneficial.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, quality systems, or continuous improvement practices is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate mechanical ability, reliability, teamwork, and a commitment to quality are well positioned for success as a Molding Operator.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely operate manufacturing equipment while maintaining awareness of moving machinery.
• Ability to wear required personal protective equipment and work safely in a manufacturing environment.

The base pay range listed reflects what we reasonably expect to offer for this role. Actual pay may vary based on location, experience, and performance.
