Plater Technician
Location Alexandria, MN
Pay Rate: $17.50/hr. + 15% shift differential = $20.13/hr.
Shift: Monday – Thursday, 3:15 PM – 1:15 AM

Requirements.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or plating environment is a plus
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety procedures
- Mentally alert and physically capable of lifting and performing repetitive tasks
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
Job Duties:
- Support line operators with plating operations and post-plating processes
- Properly rinse and dry products after plating to ensure quality
- Inspect and package finished parts following company procedures
- Learn and apply racking techniques to maximize efficiency and part quality
- Maintain job segregation and part integrity throughout the process
- Keep work areas clean and hazard-free, following all safety procedures
- Use PPE and safety devices appropriately
