Pay Rate: $18.00 – $20.25 per hour
Schedule:
6:30 PM – 6:30 AM, Monday-Wednesday | 6:30 PM – 12:30 AM, Friday

Education Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial.
Experience Requirements
- Ability to work safely in manufacturing and production environments.
- Ability to follow written work instructions, production procedures, and quality standards.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain productivity and consistent quality.
- Mechanical aptitude and the ability to safely operate basic production equipment when required.
- Dependable attendance, teamwork, and a commitment to workplace safety.
- Set up and operate fabrication equipment safely and efficiently
- Modify aluminum parts to customer specifications
- Inspect parts for quality, defects, burrs, and residue
- Package finished products according to customer requirements
- Review manufacturing orders and production specifications
- Perform basic machine maintenance and equipment upkeep
- Complete production documentation and setup sheets
- Monitor processes and make adjustments as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area using 5S practices
- Support continuous improvement and departmental goals
Physical Capabilities
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery.
- Ability to maintain productivity while working in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
