Our client, a leader in manufacturing and industrial services, is seeking an Extrusion Support Lead to join their team. As an Extrusion Support Lead, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting production and quality assurance teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to safety and process improvement, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Extrusion Support Lead

Pay Range: $21+/hour

Shift: Monday-Wednesday: 6:30 PM to 6:30 AM, Thursday: 6:30 PM - 12:30 AM

• Lead and support extrusion production processes to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.
• Recognize and address safety concerns proactively to maintain a safe work environment.
• Utilize blueprint reading and inspection equipment to detect minor defects and ensure product quality.
• Collaborate with team members to continuously improve operational procedures and workflows.
• Maintain detailed documentation and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• High School Diploma/GED required
• Strong computer skills including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to read and interpret die drawings and inspect parts according to customer specifications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime and on-call shifts.
• Knowledge of blueprint reading, math skills, and inspection equipment.
