Since 1989, Lakeland Manufacturing has been producing precision machined components for customers across a variety of industries.

We are looking for individuals with machining or manufacturing experience who take pride in producing quality work.

If you are an experienced CNC skilled Machine Operator looking to grow your career, we want to hear from you.

Compensation $23.00 - $37.00 per hour, depending on experience, qualifications, and demonstrated skills.

• Experience setting up and operating CNC turning centers or lathes.
• Ability to complete machine setups, changeovers, and tooling adjustments.
• Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and machining specifications.
• Experience setting offsets and making basic CNC program edits.
• Proficiency with calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision measuring tools.
• Ability to produce and inspect parts according to specified tolerances.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Commitment to quality, accuracy, and workplace safety.
• CNC machining education or two or more years of related experience preferred.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to work safely around moving machinery and production equipment.
