* to recruit CNC Operators for a 10-week temp-to-hire opportunity.
This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door, build your CNC skills, and potentially transition into a permanent position with our team.
What you'll do:
- Operate CNC lathes, mills, and turning centers
- Read blueprints, process sheets, and work instructions
- Monitor machining operations and perform in-process inspections
- Machine metallic and nonmetallic materials
- Deburr and properly tag completed or nonconforming parts
- Follow quality and safety procedures
What we're looking for:
- CNC or manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Basic math and problem-solving skills
- Dependable and motivated individuals who are eager to learn
