An employee-owned leader in packaging automation is seeking a driven Demand Generation Specialist to power top-of-the-funnel marketing efforts and help fuel unit sales and revenue growth. This role is ideal for a marketing professional who enjoys blending strategy with execution-qualifying leads, supporting trade shows, managing digital campaigns, and using data to measure what works. Hours & Pay

  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
  • Pay Range: $52,000-$62,000 annually
  • Employment Type: Direct hire

What You'll Do

  • Generate, process, and qualify marketing leads to support sales and revenue targets
  • Support trade show initiatives through planning, coordination, on-site setup, teardown, and event participation
  • Execute social media plans and foster engagement to increase marketing-qualified leads
  • Manage day-to-day Hub Spot operations, including email campaigns, segmentation, workflows, reporting, and dashboards
  • Maintain data accuracy and compliance through strong data hygiene practices
  • Develop and track analytics reports and KPIs to measure marketing effectiveness and business impact
  • Implement and optimize digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure warm hand-off of qualified leads
  • Protect and enhance the company's brand, reputation, and market presence
  • Support additional marketing and corporate initiatives as needed

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with social media platforms, digital marketing tools, analytics solutions, and CRM systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Ability to manage detailed projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and data-driven decision-making skills
  • Excellent listening, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to assess lead quality and determine sales readiness
