Job Post Description OverviewWe are seeking exceptional Family Practice providers to join a primary care clinic serving a defined employee and family population in Alexandria, Minnesota. This is a unique, low-pressure care model focused on high-quality, relationship-based medicine.
Qualifications:Active FNP or PA license (Minnesota or eligible)
Experience in family practice or primary care preferred
Strong patient-centered approach
Comfortable working in a collaborative clinic environment
Full-time: 30-34 hours per week
4-day work week (Monday - Thursday)
No weekends
No holidays
No on-call responsibilities
Not productivity-driven
Providers control patient visit time
No insurance billing involvement for patients
No cost to patients at point of care
