Job Overview

CBHH in Alexandria is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide nursing care for adults in a 16‑bed inpatient psychiatric facility.

• Assess and diagnose patients' health and safety needs.
• Develop individualized nursing plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
• Provide direct nursing interventions or delegate specific nursing tasks to appropriate staff.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of care plans and adjust interventions as needed.
• Serve as an active member of the CBHH interdisciplinary treatment team.
• Act as charge nurse when assigned.

• Licensed or eligible for licensure in Minnesota as a Registered Nurse.
• Future Registered Nurses within six (6) months of graduating and taking their NCLEX‑RN are encouraged to apply. Contingent offers may be made upon successful completion of degree and passing of NCLEX‑RN.

• Patient care experience within a mental health or behavioral health setting.

Direct Care & Treatment requires a blood test confirming the applicant is free of tuberculosis (TB) prior to employment. TB skin testing is not accepted.
