Hospice Supervisor

Hospice of Douglas County is accepting applications for a Full-Time Exempt Hospice Supervisor. This position is responsible for overall planning, direction, coordination, management, and supervision of all hospice services, programs, and activities.

• Plan, direct, and coordinate hospice services, programs, and activities.
• Supervise hospice employees and volunteers.
• Oversee contracted service providers.

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required, with 3–5 years of hospice experience, preferably including hospice supervision.
• Or an Associate’s degree in Nursing and 6+ years of extensive hospice experience, preferably including hospice supervision.
• Must pass a criminal background check and pre‑employment drug screening.
• Valid Minnesota driver’s license and reliable, insured transportation required.

Starting salary: $89,273.60 annually.
