Traveling Safety Analyst

Overview

At Tel Com Construction, LLC, the Analyst Safety supports safety operations by analyzing safety data, maintaining compliance records, and supporting safety reporting tools across projects, requiring travel throughout Minnesota.

• Maintain and audit safety data across internal systems
• Analyze incident trends and support root cause tracking
• Monitor training and certification compliance across regions
• Assist in data collection and analysis to support dashboards and reports for safety KPIs
• Prepare monthly and quarterly summary reports
• Support site audits and maintain documentation
• Provide reporting support during inspections or audits
• Coordinate data collection with field and office personnel
• Ensure accuracy of safety recordkeeping
• Assist with continuous improvement of reporting tools
• Travel throughout Minnesota is required

• Age 18 or older
• Authorization to work in the United States
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
• 3 years of experience in safety analysis, operations reporting, or compliance support
• Proficiency with Excel and experience using Power BI or other data platforms
• Ability to manage multiple reporting tasks with high accuracy
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills

• Routinely: complete and maintain training, use keyboard/mouse, lift 10–25 pounds, stand, walk, work alone in remote locations
• Occasionally: climb stairs, lift 26–55 pounds, operate vehicles

The wage range for Traveling Safety Analyst is $70,000.00–$80,000.00.
