Quality Assurance Technician

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Quality Assurance Technicians for a food production company in Alexandria, MN. In this role, you’ll help ensure product quality and safety while supporting a clean, fast-paced manufacturing environment. What You’ll Do as a Quality Assurance Technician:

• Monitor and inspect product packaging to ensure quality standards are met
• Perform teardowns, product checks, and package integrity inspections
• Conduct pH testing on pre- and post-processed products
• Communicate lab results with operators and supervisors
• Troubleshoot basic equipment and process issues
• Perform CIP testing (ATP, allergen, micro, and visual inspections)
• Maintain accurate documentation and support quality improvement efforts

What You Need to Bring to the Quality Assurance Technician Role:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of aseptic systems, processes, and food safety practices
• Lean Manufacturing experience is a plus
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point
• Ability to work 1st or 2nd shift in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable transportation to the Alexandria area
