Retail Associate/ Customer Service, Retail Support, Retail & Store Manager
This full-time position located in Alexandria reports to the Assistant Store Director / Store Director and offers $20-$24/hour based on experience. Hours vary throughout the week, including weekends. Responsibilities- Build lasting customer connections
- Price items accurately on shelves and registers
- Hang shelf tags
- Assist with hiring
- Create weekly schedules
- Train new team members
- Maintain a clean and safe store
- Collaborate with the team to ensure an excellent department
The ideal candidate is friendly, outgoing, experienced in pricing (2-3 years preferred), knowledgeable in math, problem‑solver, and proactive in communication. They should understand store operations, be motivated to grow their career, and possess certifications such as DMA, RMC, or PIT.
