We’re looking for a Sales Associate who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and understands that high-end retail is equal parts service, sales, and attention to detail. This individual must have a strong service mindset, the ability to confidently sell and upsell product, and the flexibility to pivot between project-based work and customer service depending on store traffic and seasonality.
Retail experience is required and candidates must be available to work weekends.
Key Responsibilities- Provide a high-touch, welcoming, and professional experience for every customer.
- Actively engage customers, assess needs, and recommend products with confidence.
- Drive sales through effective selling techniques, including add-ons and upselling.
- Maintain strong product knowledge to support styling, fit, and purchase decisions.
- Deliver consistent service aligned with high-end retail expectations.
- Seamlessly pivot from projects (merchandising, restocking, organization, etc.) to customer service as traffic and seasons require.
- Maintain awareness of the sales floor at all times, prioritizing customers over tasks when needed.
- Support peak seasons, events, and promotional periods with urgency and professionalism.
- Assist with daily store operations including restocking, merchandising, and visual upkeep.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and brand standards throughout the store.
- Support inventory flow and basic operational tasks as assigned.
- Work collaboratively with leadership and peers to maintain a positive, accountable team culture.
- Accept coaching and feedback to continuously improve performance and service standards.
- Proven ability to sell, upsell, and engage customers confidently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-first mindset with attention to detail and presentation.
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Availability to work a full-time schedule with rotating weekend requirements.
