Retail Parts Associate

At Hilltop Camper & RV, our goal is to be the premier destination for outdoor fun! Our family-owned company is in its third generation of ownership and has been serving customers since 1951. We are currently looking for a full-time Retail Parts Associate for our Alexandria, MN location.

Whether helping customers find the right RV part or accessory, managing storage customer accounts, or keeping the store organized and stocked, you'll play an important role in delivering a great customer experience.

We’re looking for a Parts Associate who…

• Enjoys working with customers in a retail environment
• Has a positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Can help customers find the right parts and accessories for their RV or camper
• Has the ability to upsell or recommend accessories and related products
• Is comfortable handling customer account and billing responsibilities
• Is organized and detail-oriented
• Can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Is available to work Tuesday through Friday, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm, and Saturday 9:00 am – 3:00 pm

• Assist customers in person, over the phone, and through email
• Help customers locate parts and accessories for their campers and RVs
• Receive, stock, organize, and merchandise inventory
• Pull parts for technicians and customer orders
• Answer customer questions and recommend related accessories or products
• Assist with the administration of our RV storage program, including customer communication, account maintenance, billing, and related recordkeeping
• Help maintain a clean, organized parts showroom and warehouse
• Work closely with coworkers to keep the department running efficiently

• Previous parts, retail, automotive, RV, or customer service experience is helpful, but not required
• We are willing to train the right person with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn!
