As a Hospice Sales Representative, you will serve as the face of our organization, connecting with referral sources, patients, and families to ensure the delivery of timely and compassionate hospice care. Your efforts will be instrumental in our mission to support both patients and their families during critical times.

• Salary Range: up to $85,000 Base, Depending on Experience

Monday-Friday (Flexible Hours; Prioritize Referral Activity)

• Represent the organization positively by providing accurate information regarding hospice services to healthcare providers and the public
• Stay updated on trends, competitors, and outreach programs for your territory
• Organize your assigned territory and prepare engaging presentations for referral sources
• Assess ROI in business and marketing efforts
• Lead contract negotiations with facilities, insurance companies, and managed care providers
• Collaborate with clinical staff to create educational programs, address referral source concerns, and assist in strategic planning

• Minimum 1 year of outside B2B healthcare sales experience; hospice or home health preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred
