Are you energized by bringing people, projects, and ideas together to create meaningful results? Prime West Health is seeking a collaborative and detail-oriented professional to help drive organizational excellence through program development, accreditation support, and strategic project coordination.

In this dynamic role, you will play a vital part in advancing innovative programs and services that improve health outcomes for the communities we serve. Working closely with leadership and cross-functional teams, you'll help implement new initiatives, support ongoing operations, and ensure compliance with National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) accreditation standards that are essential to Prime West Health's success.

Requirements

What You'll Bring

Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree or a combination of education and professional experience that has prepared you to successfully manage complex projects, coordinate stakeholders, and drive results.

Project Management

Skills:

Experience leading or coordinating projects from planning through implementation, with the ability to keep multiple priorities moving forward while meeting deadlines.

Technology Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications, with the ability to leverage technology to organize information, streamline processes, and support collaboration.

Organization & Adaptability: Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities may shift. You can juggle competing demands while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

Collaborative Mindset: Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build productive relationships with diverse teams, leaders, vendors, and external partners. You are a proactive communicator who enjoys working with others to solve problems and achieve goals.

Work Environment & Travel: Ability to work primarily at a computer workstation, with occasional lifting of materials up to 20 pounds and periodic travel as needed to support organizational initiatives.
