The Licensed Building Automation Electricianinstallsandsupports Building Automation System (BAS) wiring,controls,andrelatedelectricalcomponentsincustomerfacilities.
Thisrolecoordinateswithprojectmanagers,customers,andothertradestoensureprojectsarecompletedsafely,accurately,andonschedulewhileoverseeingapprenticeelectriciansonsite.
The Licensed Building Automation Electricianisresponsibleforinstalling Building Automation System (BAS) electricalmaterials,wiring,andequipmentincompliancewithcurrentNECcoderequirements.
Thisrolecoordinatesonsiteinstallationactivitieswithprojectmanagers,customers,andothertradestoensureprojectsarecompletedsafely,efficiently,andonschedule.
Responsibilitiesincludereadingandinterpretingblueprints,shop drawings,and specifications;creatingmateriallists;communicatingprojectneedsandupdates;andoverseeingapprenticeelectriciansonsite.
Thepositionalsorequirescompletingprojectdocumentationandreportingusingcomputersortabletsandtravelingtojobsites,includingoccasionalovernighttravel.
- Current Minnesota Journeymanor Master Electrician License
- BAScontrolsinstallationexperienceaplus
- Valid driver’slicense
- StrongunderstandingofNECcode
- Abilitytoleadsmallcrewsandperformindependentwork
- Abilitytoreadblueprintsandtechnicaldocuments
- Proficientwithcomputers,tablets,emailandconstructionmanagementsoftware
