Electrician/ Electrician Installation, Installation Technician, Construction Manager/ Foreman
Trillium Construction is seeking an experienced Licensed Journeyman Electrical Foreman near Alexandria, MN.
Projects include retail remodels, tenant improvements, office build-outs, grocery stores, restaurants, healthcare facilities, and other mid‑sized commercial projects. The Foreman will oversee daily field operations, coordinate manpower, maintain project schedules, and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and supervise crews of Journeyman and Apprentice Electricians on commercial job sites.
- Plan daily work activities, assign tasks, and coordinate manpower to meet project schedules.
- Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, one‑line diagrams, and project drawings.
- Install and oversee installation of EMT, rigid, and PVC conduit systems.
- Pull, terminate, and test power, low‑voltage, and control wiring.
- Install and troubleshoot electrical distribution equipment including panels, transformers, disconnects, lighting systems, and branch circuitry.
Pay:
Up to $65
Per Diem: $125 / day for all 7 days
Schedule:
Mon - Fri, some weekend work, 40h+ / week
- Experience in controls, low voltage systems, and complex conduit installations
