True North Landscape Group is a growing division of True North Management focused on providing professional landscape design, landscape maintenance, hardscape installation, and exterior property services throughout the Alexandria Lakes Area.

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Landscape Crew Member to join our growing team.

This is more than a seasonal landscaping job. Our goal is to provide year-round employment, allowing team members to work in landscaping during the spring, summer, and fall while transitioning into property maintenance, renovations, and property improvement projects during the winter.

True North manages residential, commercial, and vacation rental properties while providing services including maintenance, renovations, cleaning, leasing, and property operations.

The Landscape Crew Member will work as part of a professional landscape crew performing a variety of landscaping, hardscape, and property improvement projects.

During the spring, summer, and fall, the primary focus will be landscape installation, maintenance, hardscaping, equipment operation, and seasonal property services.

During the winter, team members will have the opportunity to transition into property maintenance, renovations, and improvement projects throughout the True North Management portfolio.
