Position Overview
Ryder is hiring a Class A CDL Truck Driver in Sauk Centre, MN. This role offers weekly pay, excellent benefits, and a rewarding driving career.
Compensation & Pay$1700 per week
- Dedicated route type
- Sign‑on bonus: $3000 ($1500 at 30 days, $1500 at 90 days)
- Safety bonus: $2000 ($500 four times a year)
- Paid training
- Schedule:
4 days one week and 3 days the following week - Hours:
6:00 am – 2:00 pm
- Local Home Daily – SOLO To MN
- Tractor type:

Unbaffled Tanker 44’–50’ - Freight:
Touch‑to‑Pump loader (milk) - Endorsements:
Tanker endorsement required - Preferred candidates: 1 year of tanker experience within last 5 years
- Trucks 36 months or newer
- 24/7 roadside maintenance available at 800+ service centers nationwide
- Medical, dental, and vision coverage after 30 days
- 80 hours paid time off in first year, starting Day 1 (use it or get paid)
- Uniform, cell phone, and boot allowance included
- Drivers maintain decision‑making authority and job security
- 401(k) rollover now available with company match after one year
- 12 weeks paid maternity leave (subject to eligibility criteria)

- Minimum 21 years of age
- Pass Ryder drug test
- Pass Ryder background check and motor vehicle check (including drug/alcohol verification from last 3 employers)
- Pass DOT physical
- Pass Ryder road test
- Provide appropriate CDL and endorsements for the position
- Class A driving experience: 9 months within last 3 years, OR 2 years within last 5 years, OR 5 years within last 10 years
- Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions
- Ability to read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations, policies, and procedures
Some positions require additional screening such as employment and education verification, motor vehicle records check, road test, or customer‑specific background requirements.
Responsibilities- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and agency laws, regulations, and standards
- Identify and minimize safety hazards
- Maintain accurate records and logs
- Load and unload freight or assist as required by customers
- Perform other duties as assigned
