Requirements- 10+ years experience in Software Development
- Experience with ASP.Net, C#, VB Script, PL/SQL
- Excellent writing and speaking skills
- Team Player
- DoD Secret Clearance
- Bachelor's degree
- Administering Users within a COTS application
- SharePoint Experience
- User Support Experience
- Professional Certification (PMP, MCSE, MCSD, etc.)

Responsibilities- 10+ years experience in DoD Financial Management/PPBE
- Experience in Training and/or Instructional Design
- At least one assignment at the Departmental level (e.g., Army/Air/Navy/OSD/Joint Staff in the Pentagon)
- Excellent writing and speaking skills

- National Guard or Reserves experience
- Strategic communications experience

Responsibilities- Planning and performing tasks in conducting audits;
Preparing or auditing Federal Financial Statements - Supervising staff
- Knowledge of Federal GAAP, FASAB, OMB Circulars and Yellow Book
- Reviewing transactions, records, reports and methodologies for accuracy and effectiveness;
Verifying and validating internal controls - Reporting of audit findings and making recommendations
- Analyzing interrelated issues on the impact of significant budgetary or accounting events on multi-appropriated fund accounts, such as allocations, commitment, obligations, cost, and disbursement to determine the integrity of the ledger balances
- Processing and validating accounting transactions and data
- Two plus years of audit experience
- Proficient knowledge of GAAP, GAAS, federal regulations, and other relevant industry practices
- B.S. in Accounting or Bachelors Degree in a related field with at least 24 credit hours in Accounting
- Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office (i.e., Word, Excel and Access)
- Ability to travel 20 – 30% annually
- Demonstrated proficiency in oral and written communication
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
- CPA candidate or CPA license
- U.S. Citizen

- Compiling financial statement balances

- Documenting policies and procedures
- Processing and validating accounting transactions and data.
