Seasonal Tax Accountant

Role Overview

Kositzka Wicks and Co is hiring a mid‑level Seasonal Tax Accountant. Full‑time role in Alexandria with compensation range $104k to $250k.

Seasonal positions primarily from February to mid‑April, with possible extra hours outside tax season. Flexible schedules supported; at least 25 hours per week during tax season required.

• Prepare complicated individual and/or business income tax returns.
• Prepare and/or review individual, partnership, and corporate income tax returns.
• Interact directly with clients.

• At least 2+ years of public accounting experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Extremely detail‑oriented, thorough, and organized.
• Professional image and positive attitude.
• Teamplayer receptive to constructive feedback.

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
