Napa Auto Parts - - Responsibilities:
Process JDE vendor invoices and credit card invoices accurately;
Reconcile invoices in the JDE P-card system with charges;
Research and resolve vendor payment issues promptly;
Follow up with vendors on invoice errors and unvouchered PO quantities;
Review monthly vendor statements and resolve outstanding invoices and credits
